Katy Bellingham
Hi, I am Katy Bellingham, Co Chair of the PTA. I have 2 boys, Sam in Year 3 and Harry in Reception. It’s been exciting to join the PTA and be part of the wonderful events and activities planned. I love designing the promotional literature for the PTA and have a real passion for organizing! I also run my own business which keeps me very busy so I’m very grateful to our PTA members & eager volunteers who we can always count on to assist and get involved!

Jo Warburton
Hello, My name is Jo Warburton and I am CoChair of the PTA, I have an 8 year old son in year 4. I work at the school, on the walking bus, during breaktimes and sometimes helping in the classroom. I joined the PTA to meet other parents and forge friendships. The thing I like the most about the PTA is helping create a nurturing and fun environment for the children watching them all have fun with the money we raise makes it all worth it!

Hi, my name is Ami I have two boys at Woodlands Primary, Jamie is in year four Thomas is in nursery. At first when I joined the PTA I didn't know what to expect, except for the fact it was going to give me something to do and help raise money for the school and participate in events in and around the school. It's been lovely being involved and getting things done, especially Santa's visit. And meeting all the lovely people from the church who kindly donated gifts to the children in Woodlands xx

Hi my name is Charlene, I have 1 child at Woodlands, Harrison (Haz) I joined the PTA to be involved with school etc. I used to be a school governor many years ago in Wolverhampton so always knew when I had a child of my own I would want to be involved in supporting the school. My child needs SEN support and Woodlands was recommended to us by someone who worked for Local Authority, we so glad we found this school.

Louise
Hi my name is Louise and I have three children, Joshua 11, Oscar 7, and Scarlett 2. Joshua left Woodlands Primary last September and Oscar is in year 2/Jigsaw. I joined the PTA 5 years ago, to help put together events with other parents, to help raise money for the school. I used to be a teaching assistant, so it was nice to be able to get back into a school and helping out.
Meet the PTA
We are a group of enthusiastic dedicated parents who aim to put the FUN back into Fund Raising through extended schools activities for families.
Charity registration number: 1166753
There are lots of ways you can help and support your child through the PTA and we are always looking for extra help from parents and carers.
You may only be able to spare a little time and help out at one event a year, or you may want to help on a regular basis (once a month). The more help we have, the more we can do and we really couldn’t achieve what we do without the behind the scenes help that we receive.
New faces are always welcome.
HOW WE WILL BE RAISING MONEY
Like most PTAs, the majority of our funds are raised through the events that we run. Some of the schools most popular events are discos, cake sales, raffles and the summer fayre.
