Wow! We have really enjoyed looking at all of the learning that has taken place this week. All of the teachers within school are really impressed with all of the children’s hard work, both at school and at home.

Lots more phonics work has been completed. The children have practised their speed sounds and read stories of their choice for enjoyment.

The children shared their complex thinking about colour, which developed into volcanoes! Lots of children represented their ideas through painting and drawing. Some children even created their own volcano experiments!

Throughout school, the children have also focused on ‘mindfulness’ this week. Here are some examples of the children, both at home and at school, engaging in ‘mindful’ activities.
