Welcome back!

Hope all the children and parents had a lovely Christmas and New Year.

Year 2 have jumped straight into exploring their new topic for this half term ‘Great and Ghastly Events’. We have began this topic by looking at their first day at school and remembering how they felt and who their friends were.

Over the next week we are going to find out about the Queen’s Coronation and the children will be completing some art work of the Queen in 1953 and the Queen in 2017.
