I am pleased to inform you that our school is taking part in a very exciting project. A professional mobile recording studio is visiting our school on Monday 4th December and we will be recording our own Christmas CD!
Your child will be involved in the CD recording, singing songs with the other classes in their Key Stage. We have been working really hard on these already and are very excited to share them with you.
We are also running a competition to find the best artwork design for the CD cover. Every child can enter and they are being given the opportunity to do this in class over the next few weeks. There will be a prize for the winning design and this will be announced in an assembly.
The CDs are going to be sold at £7.99 each and profits raised will go towards our school fund. The CDs are strictly limited edition and will be distributed on a ‘first come first served’ basis. As well as a great memento for the children to own their school CD, it will also make a great Christmas present for loved ones!
To order a CD, please fill out the letter your child brought home and return it to school with payment by Friday 18th November. Any orders without full payment will not be processed. New copies of the letter can be found at the office.
