To celebrate Black history month, Year 5 have been researching to gain information, using a range of skills from a variety of curriculum subjects.

The children have focused their work on Maya Angelou. The children have investigated her life and achievements, create their own Maya Angelou inspired poem and produced artwork related to her poetry.
